Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation timing, access effects, and how eligible immediate subscription refunds account for included credits consumed and elapsed service time.
Cancel anytime
You can stop renewal and keep access through the paid billing-period end, or—when your plan offers it—cancel immediately, end compute access, and receive the calculated unused subscription amount.
Transparent immediate-refund calculation
The retained charge is the dollar value of included plan credits actually consumed plus the non-credit service component multiplied by the elapsed fraction of the actual billing period. The refund is the amount paid minus the retained charge. Separately purchased add-on credits are not counted as included-plan-credit usage.

For a 30-day $39 AI Research period, $10 represents 10,000 included credits and $29 is the non-credit service component. After 7 days with no included credits used, the retained charge is $6.77 and the calculated refund is $32.23.
After 7 days with $3 of included credits used, the retained charge is $9.77 and the calculated refund is $29.23. The cancellation screen shows the authoritative quote before confirmation.
