Cancelling during an active introductory trial ends plan and private PhiServer access immediately and returns the account to the waitlist without a first charge. After payment, stopping renewal keeps access through the full current paid billing period.
Monthly base AI Research includes seven days free for eligible first subscribers
Eligible first-time subscribers who choose monthly billing with base compute on AI Research enter a seven-day trial after Stripe approves a card. Trial usage is capped at 3,000 LLM credits even if the recurring credit bundle is changed. AI Agentic, annual billing, larger compute options, and other plans are charged at checkout. Stripe automatically starts the paid Research subscription after the trial unless renewal is stopped first.
After the trial
After the first payment succeeds, the subscription renews on its normal billing schedule. Stopping renewal keeps access available through the already-paid period and prevents the next charge.
Payments are not prorated through customer self-service. Billing corrections, legally required refunds, and exceptional support requests are handled separately.
